There are few companies offering cleaning kits in an aerosol form which might be worth a shot, though if its clogged enough to completely restrict movement it may be to late for this to work?

I have used such a product three times, one an Audi and the other vw's, it was a success twice so as I said not full proof but cheaper than a new turbo!
