This vehicle has A/C

This customer is having problems with it keep throwing the auxiliary belt. I am told this is the third belt to go in 12 months

I have suggested the two idle rollers and a new tensioner

My question is has anyone had the pleasure as I cannot even get my hand up the side to the pulleys, all surrounded by chassis
