There is no separate relay. If you have battery voltage at pin 18 on the ABS connector then it is fairly safe to assume the unit is U/S. I say fairly as I would as a matter of course theck all the feeds and earths at the plug.
Pin 15: Bat. voltage
Pin 16: Earth
Pin 17: Bat. voltage
Pin 18: Bat. voltage
Pin 19: Earth
