Hi Mark,
Have you tried....
1, O/S/F (starting with window down) press all way up and hold 4 seconds, then all the way down and hold 4 seconds, then all the way back up again and hold 4 seconds.
2, N/S/F all the way down and hold 4 seconds, then all way up and hold 4 seconds.
O/S/R - as 2
N/S/R - as 2
You may have to do it a couple of times.
