ok guys car returned to us today with same issues ABS and DSC light on and all four brakes stuck on, abs code 114 pressure sensor offset recored in abs module, live data displaying brake pressure at 20 bar when brakes are on (brake pedal off),nothing else really stands out as being incorrect in live data, dont really have equipment to check hydraulic pressure not really sure where to start but decided to unbolt master cyl from servo to rule out anything sticking and keeping pressure on master cylinder this didnt change the problem after refixing master cyl to servo i released one of the brake pipes from the master cyl this seemed to release the brakes and live data shows 0 bar (with brake off) since then numerous test drives and problem not occured im thinking that the master cylinder is sticking and keeping pressure on the brakes does any one have any ideas or can suggest anything else to try although cars driving well at the minute. im kinda thinking on the lines that pressure sensor offset code is set because the module recognises pressure in the lines but no signal from pedal sensor am i thinking right or am i miles off any thoughts guys thanks lee
