I have a Mercedes C180 due in for a B service shortly, but the customer has stated its approx 1,700 overdue. I beleive it may be a dealer job to reset the service indicator/warning, can anyone confirm if any particular diagnostic kit will be able to do this as knowing a few friends in the trade I could pull on a favour.

Am sure ive read somewhere there is also a technical document available that may be able to sort this out, dont want to loose the job any help appreciated.
