I have in the past managed to clear faults set this way using "Autoenginuity" but this simply wont clear! Not with Autoenginuity nor with the Multiscan!
The resistance (checked at the ABS unit multiconnector) is good (IE it is the same resistance as all the other sensors) and I can confirm via live data that we get a signal when the wheel is spun. So there is no reason to suppose that there is an underlying unrepaired fault.
However, I cannot get the fault to clear
I DO however also have a U1261 fault which I believe relates to CAN issues (Though Autodata is not very informative on this....!) Might the U1261 issue somehow be preventing the fault from being cleared??
Failing that, is there anybody in the SW Surrey area with some suitably Posh kit that might be more relable at connecting to the Jaguar systems than mine??
