We have a customer with quite a bad VVT rattle on one of these. Also has the dephaser fault codes. It has been like this for a long long time and causes a lack in power but not a non start. Also have to give it a bit of a rev when starting up so it doesn't stall.

They don't have the money to fix it unfortunately - it's not that I haven't told them =)
