I think this is the part number for a delphi tps that i used for the Swirl Flap Position Sensor on the manifold.

Delphi ss10429 [11b1]. At the time is was about £20. Set it up to 0.5v

Pete is probably right about the bad starting.
There were no running issues with the one i did.

Vaux couldn't confirm the price of the manifold talked about on the previous posts. hth.
