Have got coolant warning on the dash about 30 seconds after starting.The coolant level is fine have got a code of 1636 M4/7 ENGINE AND AC SUCTION FAN SHORT CIRCUIT TO GROUND.
I assume this is a problem with the control module bolted to the fan housing,we have got power and an earth on the main feed cables the 2 smaller cables come from the engine module and the fuse box.
Anybody got any info on testing before we condem the the fan module which is a little bit expensive at over £500+vat.
