I'll pass the info on, but quote and charge him accordingly, he means nothing to me and he's asked for all he got, using a clone tool for mapping, these are tricky enough with the proper tools.
I believe the software is intact in the ecu as I have a copy, it's possible the ecu is damaged but hopefully it's just the immobiliser that needs resyncing.
