Acording to Autodata there are a number of possible systems in use on this. there appears to be a "Multi function unit" seperate fromm the main ABS unit which controlls the warning light. I wonder if this might have been upset by the battery change??

I have also found, on occasion, that going through a "Code delete" cycle even though no codes are listed sometimes clears a stubbon "red herring"!
