As I said
Normally there are "Flats" on the flange between the VC and the actual belt pulley which can be engaged with a suitable tool. However on this particular one (For some reason) there are none and the flange is just round.
I can see that there may be just enough room to get at the flange with water pump pliers though. Is that your technique??
