When things work its fine, but their last "mandatory upgrade" left my virtual terminal and website sales buggered up (just like it did last time). When i let them know they take AGES to sort anything out and i just get the "its not us its Streamline" line, then you call streamline and they say "its not us its Cardsave". I lost over £600-worth of web sales with not so much as a "sorry".
Their emails are alarmist without good reason, with titles such as, and i quote "AT YOUR OWN RISK" when a simple "important - please read" would have done, they are slow, and half the time dont give the impression they know what they are doing (last chap told me they didnt support my website shopping cart despite supporting it for the last 2 years! When argued he admitted he was wrong and they did support it).
Only reason i use it is for the ease of getting a Merchant Account that i use for our web sales, but sometimes i wonder if its worth it. When it all works its OK, when it doesnt its a nightmare....
I dont like dissing companies but i'm not overly impressed with this lot & if i had my time over i'd go with the system offered by my bank even though it cost slightly more....
