Year of Manufacture *: ANY?
Bit of a strange one here, my Garage is on a fairly modern business park (10 years old) for the last 2/3 months we and many other people on this park are have problems with vehicle immobilisers, remote locking ect we have one particular customer with a Discovery if he parks in a certain area it will not start but if he pushes it around the corner it then starts fine, most complains are that they have to get really close to vehicle before trying to activate/deactivate locks.
I have had some experiences of this with some of my customers cars parked at a local D.i.y store, the problem there is with the sliding door sensors it’s been well publicised it the local press.
Now the only thing that I can think of that’s changed around here is the street lights have all been fitted with some sort of device on top of the lamps and one of them had an aerial of about a metre in height, maybe they are remote switched?.
So Guys, what do you think? Is it worth a call to our local council? Or environmental people?
If not who else?
Your input would be very much appreciated
