This is a special tool job, vag or klann can supply.
If this is the bearing that comes with the flange and an expanding snap ring type clip fixed to the outer race.
Because of the design of the bearing and hub, you can remove the arm and press the old bearing out but when you want to press it back in you must press on the outer race part of the bearing so as not to cause any damage.
Using the correct tool the job can be done on the vehicle.
I have heard of people spending hours making up tooling?
I`m not sure if sykes or any other tool manufacturer has anything for this job yet?
