Rover 45 1.4 2000 - Wipers not working - Fixed #

Wipers not working. Switch is sending current but not reaching wiper motor. When giving motor current direct motor works ok on both speeds. Think problem might be in multifunction control box located at back of fuse box inside car. Red lucas box with 2 block connections going into it.
Has anyone come across same problem?
