While you have the undertray off, remove or clean the scuttle drain grommet under the battery. This is prone to blocking & filling your new pride & joy with rain water & a whole host of electrical misery & the potential of a seized servo.

To add to the undertray debate - on the VAG cars I have seen where this is missing, the wheel arch liners are pushed back in contact with the wheels at motorway speeds & consequently eaten away.

We always use VAG 507.000 oil on PD's & have no Cam / turbo bother with these engines using that oil.
