Hi. I have an Audi A4 estate Auto in. Stop lamp were staying on all the time. I replaced the switch with new one from Audi. Now I have no brake lights and I can not get it out of park with the new switch in. Does the switch have to be coded. If I put back in the old one then I can select gear but lights are on all ther time.
