There was a court case brought by the police about 20yrs ago, the defendant won his case by producing photographs of many of the cars belonging to the Royal Family, who at that time seemed to favour bonnet mascots.
Don't know about nowadays though, and if you were to disembowel a pedestrian, I think that your insurance company would disown you.
