Hi Martin-My name is Jon Dodd and I work in the sales department at Autologic Diagnostics-I have had a quick chat with our LR tech guys-Ref the non start-when the tubes block the water runs down a harness and straight into a fusebox located behind the glovebox-They recommend removing and checking the fusebox and connections before doing anything else as this is a very common problem. Its possible this may have an influence on the no comms issue-Having said that the TCM is control by the under bonnet fusebox so may be worth having a quick check in there also-Hope this helps Jon
