You say you have no codes when you scan vehicle but are you able to get live data ?
Also are you starting the car and moving it a bit then switching off then going back trying to restart and it doesn't.
There was a software issue with 4.0ltr Jag were it would overfuel engine, when this happens try starting car with throtle fully pressed down, not sure if this was a 3.2ltr problem though.
Really you need more testing and data info as you know theres alot going on under that bonnet.
