I was thinking the same thing Malcolm. I'm thinking though maybe the MAP sensor is not reading correctly as a boost great enough to blow an intercooler would surely put it into limp mode. I'm amazed the intercooler has given up before the pipes though.

Has the car been tuned? What are your boost readings.
