Thanks for your reply the code descriptions are as follows
C1036- Fault in CAN communication with control unit N80 (steering column module)
C1173- N49 (steering angle sensor) plausibility error
C1161- B24/15 Rotary speed and lateral sensor plausibility error rotational speed.
C1172-N49 (steering angle sensor) internal fault.
I have recently bought a second hand Autodiagnos i dont think it can read live data on the ESP system.
