I have had issues with EGR on one of these, did not flag EGR code which surprised me, it had logged a Map sensor code, but after clearing did not return even after fault had re occurred.

I suggest you blank the EGR, it will log a low flow code but will prove if EGR is causing problem.

I have also had intermittent fuel pump issues on one of these.
