The NBA is working on a new Draft Lotto to help stop the tanking problem in the NBA. Most of the plans I have read about are way to convoluted, so I have decided to help the NBA out with a nice clean simple system.

The 8 teams that play in the Conference Semi finals will be seeded with picks 23 thru 30.
The remaining 22 teams, whether you made the play offs or not, with go into the draft lotto. However to put an end to tanking the lotto will not be weighted. Each of the 22 teams will have one ball in the lotto.
Your welcome NBA.
