Yes; this has been brought up many times before, but has never really come to a resolution. We can put it up to a vote after the completion of the lottery for this year. It makes sense to me, but because this would be a rule change, I think at least 75% of the owners (12/16) would need to vote in favor (similar to how the NFL allows for their rule changes).

Next year can we fix these ridiculous percentages to get some consistency between the places. I suggest the following probabilities starting with last place: 33%; 23%; 15%; 11%; 8%; 5%; 3%; 2%

The 2021 MWAC Draft Lottery will take place this Friday afternoon (02/05/21) with Nords as a witness and my co-worker, James, to do the drawing. Results will be posted following the lottery.
