I have a 276 hours Perkins 404D-22 for sale. It is on a 2003 Mitsubishi chassis / Schwarze 347 that we refurbished back in 2021. We put a brand new Perkins 404D-22 engine on it, the newer upgraded version for the time, and had a new sweeper control box and all wiring from the box and going back to the engine done. The new rear engine had 276 hours on it when the main truck went down with about 150,000 miles on it and it wound up being catastrophic. Truck is located in North Mississippi. Can get the engine only, or have the entire truck hauled, but its a brand new engine sitting for the taking. I've unloaded several of the old sweepers chassis by themselves that don't run anymore for about $4,000 and they will come pick them up, so I'm not giving the engine away when I can get that money alone for the chassis and I know what the engine cost because I paid for it to be installed.
