Seating is needed on the east side.
It must be a large project as a small amount of seats will portray a small time program atmosphere on TV.
It cannot be done piece meal for this reason alone.
Priorities:
#1- East side seats
#2- East side restroom expansion
#3- Update ALL concessions
#4- All other projects (IE- Gateway entrance)
