The internal plans (that fans have not even seen) have stands being built during phase 3.
They will be built on the grassy area below the SAC and on the sides of the building. There is also a draft showing the stands being built over the top of the SAC.
Rome was not built in a day. Take OFF!

We need to take things up a notch.
The CFB landscape is running away from us!
Even DUKE, MEMPHIS, FRESNO and MORE are elevating their programs.
We cleaned up the east side and added score boards, etc, but are stuck in NEUTRAL.
Got to put the foot on the gas pedal NOW.
Do small things like give the field a name.
Jeff Garcia field at CEFCU Stadium for example.
Build a real TUNNEL for the players to emerge from and call it the Cisco Systems Portal to keep the SV vibe going.
Start a major advertising campaign and PAINT THE BAY BLUE AND OLD GOLD! Small things will make a BIG DIFFERENCE! Always FREE admission for all kids with a HS ID card. All kids EVERY GAME!
CBB has done good things, but we appear STUCK in neutral. Need to get MASSIVELY CREATIVE and NOW!
We need to UP THE ANTE regarding how to make young folks inspired to come to CEFCU. They all like raves and clubs here, so how about a RAVE NIGHT with some hot DJ or BAND at halftime, and better yet a FREE SHOW at the END of the game?
Got to get CREATIVE or the NCAA landscape is gonna leave SJS at the alter.
