He has to develop some fortitude and keep his cool. Not get defensive with the media. They're going to ask the hard questions. B.B. shouldn't become sarcastic and dismissive. He should answer to the best of his ability.
His players are looking to him for some stability and maturity. He is not showing that. Regardless of the pressures he has (a lot I know) he has to overcome that and stay level headed. Then his players will respect him.
As HC he has to make some decisions. Against Colorado St. the Spartans held them scoreless using a 4 man defensive front. That's what I've been saying since the RC era. The Spartans can't run a 3-man line until they can field a D-line that's 6'4" 280 lb. across the line. Even then the players will have to have strength and speed.
He should concentrate on making his players believe in him and not being snarky with the reports asking hard questions.
