Some of the blame is on the coaches. I think they should have gone on 4th and 6" at the 2 yd. line in OT. They have to get the players to improve their concentration. Too many offsides or procedure calls on the O-line. Too many dropped passes in this game that would have turned things around.
Finally the real problem with this team is the O-line. Yes, they are young, but they have enough experience that fans and coaches can expect them to be better. They seem to have lead feet. It seems that they can't open any holes to give the RBs room to run. Roberson and Manigo have talent speed and can be elusive, but they need some room to get into the open. The OL coach needs to be put on the hot seat in order to turn this around.
