Sometimes being a successful coach isn't about having a the greatest mind, although, obviously that helps. The greatest coaches had the ultimate respect of their players that come from the inspiration that the coach instills in them. The inspiration may come from the coach's previous success, perceived knowledge, or a certain personality that just brings the team together. The most successful coaches have all of these traits. Finally, even if a coach has these qualities the team still has to acquire that team chemistry where everyone has each other's backs. B.B. may not be the smartest, has no record of success so, I hope that he has the personality to bring this team together to overachieve. I know the players like him, and he's starting to get the interest of better recruits, now I'm waiting to see if he has the personality to harness the team's energy and build team chemistry. HE can erase the past if he does. GOOOOOO SPARTANS!!!!!
