I see talent, but youthful mistakes. Zigler was fantastic. But, as the game progressed today it felt more like a scrimmage than a push for a win. Maybe the coaching staff decided this game would best serve as "experience" for the young team. I don't know that the likes of Tago or Ginda played a whole lot in the second half. Not much can be blamed on Love. Much to ask of a freshman. Although his stats won't show it, he kept battling, regardless of how disappointing his day was unfolding. Next up, conference play. New Mexico will be a tough out. But the team still needs to keep their head high and let the past be the past.
