How to change "Next Style" in Scrivener 3

Hello,
I'm loving the way styles work in Scrivener 3, but I can't work out how to change the "next style" for any given style -- i.e., the style the next paragraph is set to. I think I have the option to define this when I create a style, but I can't see how to change it once a style has been created. Anyone know how to do this?
