There was indeed a "Milingham" (spelled with only one "L" in Prince George's County, MD. The 1840 U S Federal Census clearly shows 37 pages of Heads of Households living there, not just a tract of land. Virginia has absolutely nothing to do with it. Can anyone actually answer this question? Where was Milingham located?
