Glenarden Woods tract has been owned by several different owners from the middle 1920's
it was called Seymour Homeplace back in the 1930's
then John Agnew,bought it sold it to James A Watson
who sold it to Fred Norris,this part of Glenarden
Woods was behind what is now the 7/11 store and
maybe part of Dellwood Ave and Dellwood Court
