I have not checked the probate records of John Pigman (1712/13) which might have more information. But a quick look at the deed by which (his son?) John Pigman sells the Parndon property (Prince George's Deed Q:424) in 1732 suggests that Parndon is located on Tinker's Creek, considerably inland (east) of the current location of National Harbor.
