I am looking for any information on Joseph Garner, d. 29 September 1824 and his wife Mary Garner, d. 5 July 1844. (I do not have a maiden name for Mary.) Joseph may have been born c. 1779, Mary c. 1783. Both are buried in Congressional Cemetery in Washington DC. They are said to have moved to D.C. from Prince George's County, perhaps as early as the first decade of the nineteenth century.

Any information of their lives in Prince George's Co. (tax, occupation, baptism, marriage, children, other family members) would be greatly appreciated! I have tried Ancestry, Family Search, census records, and miscellaneous genealogical records assembled in print and housed at the library of the Daughters of the American Revolution in D.C. But I've come up empty.
