Hi Folks - I am researching my family history and specifically my 4th great-grandfather from Prince George's County, Rezin Orme, born 1788. I have access to most all online genealogical resources, have visited your area recently at the Prince George's County Genealogical Library and the Maryland Archives, and remain at a brick wall in trying to determine Rezin Orme's exact date of birth and names of his parents. Rezin served in the War of 1812 as a private in Capt A. E. Warner's co., 39th regiment (name was misspelled as Orem), married Margaret Thomas in Baltimore on July 13, 1816, moved to Georgetown and was a businessman until his death May 1, 1865 in Washington, D.C. If possible, could you direct me to any source in the library that may have the information I need or, a local genealogist who would do this for payment? Thanks!
