The book, Stones and Bones: cemetery records of Prince Georges County, MD has a brief discussion about the Addison family crypt because John Hanson was buried in the crypt.
Additionally, when that area was initially being developed for the Port America project in the 1980s, artifacts found on the old Oxon Hill Manor site are supposedly at the MAC lab at Jefferson Patterson Park in Calvert County.
Anyhow, it's good to investigate if a family cemetery is there. After the Lyles family graves fiasco 12 years ago, I wouldn't put it past any developer paving over or moving graves to put up some structure.
