Using the marriage licenses required after 1776, I can assure you that there was no marriage license issued for Rachel Fry from 1777 on. But she was very likely married before that anyway, if she lived to adulthood. I would guess from the fact that you have looked her up that she did indeed live to marry.
I don't find anything else useful except that Leonard Fry was living (with one female) at the time of the 1790 census, but I'm sure you have already checked that out. Do you know whether Leonard was part of the family you are searching?
