In the roster of Marylanders who fought for the CSA I find Albert, Alfred C., Charles E., Frank A., and Thomas Hill Tolson. And Charles H., George H., Henry, John S., and Joseph G.W. Marriott. I find none of the Mills or Hellen names that you noted.
Albert Tolson is listed as residing in Hyattsville (which is in Prince George's) and George H. Marriott is listed as residing in Savage, which is NOT in PGC, but it's close to the northern boundary.
