After researching through Almira (Brown) Mulloy (John W. Brown's daughter and last family owner of the tavern) I've come to the conclusion that John W. and Sarah Brown cannot be Sarah Simms' parents. According to the Brown Miller Family Cemetery records John W. Brown was born in 1799 and St. Paul's has John Simms' DOB as 1804 and Sarah Simms' DOB as 1812. I know Brown is a common name, but I can't remember ever coming across so many in such a relatively small area.
I know that there is some link to the Brown family and would appreciate any help.
