Actual information I have from another source is:
"The lineage of John Perkins has not been learned by this writer. It is believed that he was a planter and may have held title or lease to land in Prince George's County, MD that was a portion of a land grant composed of some 7000 acres known as His Lordship's Kindness". Thanks for your reply.
