I run a two-person shop and almost everything we sell now moves through short vertical video. The bottleneck is not ideas, it is production: one decent concept has to become eight or nine cuts before it covers every placement, and by the third round nobody wants to touch it any more.
We moved that step over to https://ravvi.ai so the variants get generated from the product page instead of hand-cut each time, which freed up the week we used to lose. But I am still unsure how much variation is too much before the message itself gets diluted.
So: does volume beat polish for a small shop, or does chasing every placement just spread you thin? Curious what people here have seen.
