Rose of Jericho should be placed in a large glass bowl near a door that is used as an entrance and/or exit from the building. Drop pocket change in the bowl from time to time. Keep the water fresh. Dump the water across the the threshold in order to insure prosperity and to prevent from ever going hungry. The water is best change every 3 to 4 days.

You can also use the water as a type of Holy Water for dipping in the hands and fingertips. This is especially good for gamblers and to draw money easily to the person.

The rose is never dead and can never die. If you take it out of the water it will curl up and dry solid. It will look like a tumble weed.

Once placed back into the water the rose will unfold and return to its green/brown state.
