need a potion"
These comments aren't purportedly a tailored response. Generally, though, if your doctor(s) have been unable to explain why repeated attempts to conceive have not availed, having found no obvious physical problem, then I sometimes suspect what some might call a looming demon or others might call a vitamin deficiency or perhaps a food allergy, or both. When a person does not eat the foods that he or she needs, or does eat foods that cause irritation, then a wanted baby can be at some risk. A demon (perhaps even more beneficial than it sounds) can obstruct conception until the soul of the infant is strong enough to manifest. So, this could turn out for the best if you guys investigate possible nutritional or allergic impediments to conception, as these factors could have an unwholesome impact, later on, if not addressed. So, it may actually be that a potion is in order, but it would possibly need to be tailored for the holistic health of the patient to adjust whatever influences are off balance, in addition to what the shamanic practitioner might recommend for thaumaturgical purposes. If I had a problem like this, I would start with a sprinkling of the 8 most beneficial herbs and spices that were in the news, last week, for their legendary powers. If that didn't quickly work, I would progress to eating eggs, oranges, apples, oats, peanut butter, and whole wheat crackers, and the essential foods that are recommended for kids who must live on five dollars a day. An austere but wholesome diet (like Daniel in the Bible) can not only empower the body to become more able, but also produce spiritual benefits necessary for effective magical objectives. In any case, some overlooked clash in the needs of the baby and parents, if cleared up, can rectify the situation. If a powerful soul has you in mind for a future parent, then (s)he will sometimes hold out for improved considerations with regard to family infrastructure.
