Crowley Deck
Years ago, a seller at Bottom of the Cup said that they didn't carry the Crowley deck because it was too "animated", and had been known to attract poltergeist activity, especially in homes where the inhabitants were elderly. Even Crowley's immediate successors in his lodges were not happy with the deck. It is sad that the name of Thoth, a very gentlemanly deity, has been taken in vain because of the crazy spirits who envy Him. I only keep a few decks at a time. I give away the ones I do not use. An advanced practitioner can usually have a Crowley deck in the house with no problem. But, if the spirits that function in that deck are too chaotic for you, I would give it to someone with a sort of Sean Connery lust for life.
