Health Issue"
Recurring maladies usually have stress at their root, but this is an overly cited idea, lately, and alone says little of use. Most people who have recurring illnesses, I am learning, suffer from a low grade systemic mycosis that permits baceria and vires to oppress the body in an opportunistic way. The best way to deal with this, aside from the common sense diet and exercise modifications, is to acquaint yourself with the natural antifungals like olive leaf, garlic, ginger, echinacea, coconut, etc. The reason why modern chemical medicine does not address the problem is because fungi cause different symptoms in different people, and are hard to detect and eradicate, in many cases. What I had to start doing was to get on one of these each month and then rotate to a different herb the next month. I lived in New Orleans for many years, and there are a lot of fungi lurking about, some more toxic than others. There is even a condition called "New Orleans Asthma" that really reared its head after Katrina. Fighting a systemic mycosis with gentle herbs also helps a person to continue learning and applying holistic health strategies. And, if you are strong, use magick to heal yourself. If you are not so strong, use prayer.
